Do you find yourself stressed since the quarter started back? Have no fear, Tension Tamers is here! Today, from 3-4:30, we will be having Tension Tamers in 325 Keeny Hall.

Today's theme is meditation and mindfulness. So come on out anytime during that hour and half. We look forward to seeing you today!

Hey ya'll! Today is the best Wednesday ever! Why? Because today is TENSION TAMERS day!

We will be doing lots of creative coloring today, with special Mardi Gras and Valentine's Day coloring sheets and we will be listening to music as we color!

So come on out to 325 Keeny Hall and experience the first Tension Tamers of the New Year! It starts at 3:00 and goes until 4:30. Come at anytime during this time! :)

Get ready for some holiday tension taming! Tomorrow at 3:00, we will be hosting our special holiday edition of Tension Tamers!

Holiday Tension Tamers will include fun holiday themed activities that will get you stress free for the holiday break and for any upcoming tests you may have before the break.

We will be making ornaments, creative coloring, and listening to the best of the holidays music!
