We are focused on training the members of our community in proper movement and proper eating, with a focus on life changing results and improving our health! We run, jump, row, perform calisthenics, lift heavy objects, compete, and have fun all in the pursuit of giving our members the greatest fitness potential they can earn! We are located north of I-20 in the back alley of the Graham Shopping center, behind Office Depot in Ruston (near the McDonald's by the service road).
