🎁 2021 “Manuzza Family” Holiday Toy Drive is HAPPENING NOW!⁣

Long time friends of Jennifer Layne Acupuncture, the Mannuzza family, are running a toy drive and we are volunteering as a drop off site.⁣
⁣
Your donation will be delivered to the Child LIfe Department at New York Presbysterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. They will use the toys to celebrate birthdays, cheer up tough days as well as help families celebrate the holiday season. 🧸🧩🎨🏈⁣
⁣
The Mannuzza's are truly grateful for the care this organization gave their family in a time of need and are using this gesture as a way to send love to the other children in the hospital this year.⁣

Often times tension headaches are coming from specific regions of tension in the attaching neck muscles. ⁣
⁣
In the above diagram, the black 𝗫’𝘀 refer to points in the muscle that when tight will create tension and pain in the corresponding 𝗥𝗘𝗗 zones in the head and face. ⁣
⁣
Here we look at:⁣
•𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗸𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 (occipital pain)⁣
•𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 (temple pain)⁣

With acupuncture and dry needling techniques we release tension in the muscles and in the acupuncture meridians to reduce the pull of these muscle fibers on the skull. ⁣
