Sunday Meal Prep Idea of the Week

For a quick breakfast or after workout recovery snack, a Strawberry Smoothie is a MUST! Easy, delicious, healthy and refreshing. It's a feel-good, nutrition packed option.

▪1 banana 🍌
▪5-7 strawberries (fresh or frozen) 🍓
▪2 tablespoons rolled oats 🌾
▪1 scoop vanilla protein powder 🥄
▪1 tablespoon peanut butter 🥜
▪1 cup unsweetened almond milk 🥛
Instructions:
▪Place everything into a blender
▪Blend on high, stopping to scrape the sides as needed, until smooth
▪Serve immediately
▪Enjoy
