One of our MOST favorite days ~
Our annual prom will be April 24th, but this year instead of collecting suits and beautiful dresses we are collecting PAJAMAS! We are looking for new or gently used men and women’s pajama sets or night gowns. Our prom this year is, A Night of the Sweetest Dreams and we can’t wait! Any donations may be dropped off at Oakland Living Center, 704 Poors Ford Rd, Rutherfordton. Thank you in advance for helping make our prom so special.

March’s Resident Choice Award goes to…..Steven! You may find him in the kitchen cooking or around the facility making repairs. Most recently he has stepped up as our Dietary Manager and the staff and residents have nothing but praise! The meals are home cooked with the atmosphere of cheer! Thank you Steven for all you do for everyone at Oakland! We appreciate you!! Congratulations! 🎉
