Earlier this month Pat Nanney was sworn in as the alternate delegate to the North Carolina Senior Tar Heel Legislature for Rutherford County.
Today at10:30am, Pat will be reporting on the latest updates here at the Rutherford County Senior Center. County delegate Clark Poole will also be here.
Senior adults make up almost 25% of the state's population and the STHL is a very important way of communicating Senior needs and concerns to the North Carolina General Assembly. We hope if you are over 55 years of age you will attend this meeting to learn more about some of the things that have been discussed in Winston-Salem.
