What if your BRAIN was changed by a BUTT injury? 🧠🍑

And what if it KEPT changing?

New evidence shows this happening in rats: clear changes in their little brains that evolve for a month while torturing their sciatic nerves. This is “neat” if nothing else, but I’ll try to extract something useful from this neurology news.

NEW POST, 3-min read, audio for members:
PainScience.com/blog/brains-in-pain--microglial-maps-in-rats.html

It’s not useful or neat for the rats! As always, we are grateful to the rats for their sacrifice. THANK YOU, rats: you are lovely little critters, despite your naked tails. We truly regret that you suffer so that primates can try to understand biology better.

I'll be hosting Christine Courtney to teach Indian Head Massage in Rutherfordton, April 17-19. Christine is the owner of Obus School of Healing Therapies, located in Leixlip, Ireland.

I'll be teaching Ethics on April 17 from 9am to 12pm. Indian Head Massage will be held from 1-6pm on April 17 and from 9-6 on April 18-19. This is one of the most beautiful massages to both give and receive, creating a deep sense of peace, connection, and calm. Many students describe it as a truly nurturing experience—one that touches both giver and receiver in equal measure. Full class descriptions are on my website. We will be holding this class at The Hut, located at 271 N. Tom St. in downtown Rutherfordton, just one block off North Main Street. Attend both classes for $400; Ethics only for $50, or IHM only for $375.00. Please send a message here or email educatedheart@gmail.com if you have any questions.

No massage tables are needed for this class. See full class details and registration at
