New evidence shows this happening in rats: clear changes in their little brains that evolve for a month while torturing their sciatic nerves. This is “neat” if nothing else, but I’ll try to extract something useful from this neurology news.

I'll be hosting Christine Courtney to teach Indian Head Massage in Rutherfordton, April 17-19. Christine is the owner of Obus School of Healing Therapies, located in Leixlip, Ireland.

I'll be teaching Ethics on April 17 from 9am to 12pm. Indian Head Massage will be held from 1-6pm on April 17 and from 9-6 on April 18-19. This is one of the most beautiful massages to both give and receive, creating a deep sense of peace, connection, and calm. Many students describe it as a truly nurturing experience—one that touches both giver and receiver in equal measure. Full class descriptions are on my website. We will be holding this class at The Hut, located at 271 N. Tom St. in downtown Rutherfordton, just one block off North Main Street.
