The Ruthven Community Care Center Easter Bunny was out and about around town today, making special visits to a few local daycares!🐣

Each child received an Easter goody bag just in time for the holiday. We hope all the kiddos enjoyed their special visit from our very own bunny!🐰

It’s been awhile since we’ve gotten the parachute out, so that’s exactly how we kicked off our morning activity! Everyone had a blast—and definitely got a good arm workout in!

This afternoon, in celebration of National Find a Rainbow Day, a few of our ladies painted beautiful rainbows to brighten up this rainy day. 🌈

Our residents started off the day with “Pin the Nose on the Bunny!” 🐰

This afternoon got a little wild with booze & tattoo’s🍹

And of course, we couldn’t let April Fools’ Day pass without a little fun! We had residents very concerned when we “cancelled bingo”… but don’t worry—it was all a prank! 😉 Once they caught on, everyone had a good laugh!

Ruthven Community Care Centers annual Easter egg hunt! 🐰 🥚

Today’s Easter egg hunt was a huge success! The Easter Bunny was busy hiding eggs all morning, and children of all ages had a blast searching for them.

A big thank you to everyone who brought their little ones to join in on the fun! We hope all of our participants had a fantastic time hunting and wish everyone a very Hoppy Easter! 🥚💛

We had a wonderful turnout for community coffee today as we celebrated Lavonne’s 94th birthday! 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to the Watts family for providing delicious cupcakes for everyone to enjoy—it was such a sweet treat! 🧁

We’d also like to give a special thanks to Spencer Hy-Vee for donating beautiful flowers for our residents to enjoy!🌸🩷

Our residents had an absolute blast at the casino today! We enjoyed a delicious lunch from Pizza Ranch before spending a few fun-filled hours trying our luck!
