Hi everyone!
I wanted to let you know about an update to our rewards system. I’ve decided to phase out punch cards. Many clients have been forgetting to bring them or asking me to keep track of their punches, and unfortunately I just don’t have the capacity to manage that.
Moving forward, we’ll be using the Square Stars system instead. At the end of each appointment, you’ll receive a star. If you’re paying by card, you can add your star after your payment is processed. If you’re using another form of payment, I can manually add your stars for you.
If you currently have a punch card, you have a couple of options:
• We can convert your existing punches into stars.
• Or, you can continue using your punch card as it is — but you’ll need to keep track of it. Once you bring in a completed card, we’ll redeem it.
Please note that if you forget your punch card at an appointment, I won’t be able to track or add punches later. This has been happening more frequently, and it’s become a bit overwhelming to manage.
