Our mission states that "We at FOSTERing WELLNESS are committed to the removal of vertebral subluxation complex as a lifesaving mission. We work together as a team to ease pain and restore function in the short term and build wellness in the long term, using time honored, non-invasive health services." We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold:

Your goals don’t fall apart because you’re broken.

And they don’t succeed on willpower alone. 💭

We’ve been told that better health only comes down to trying harder, pushing through, and having more discipline.

Effort absolutely matters. 🏃‍♀️

But so does the state of the body you’re asking to change.

When the nervous system is under constant stress, it can affect how the body uses energy, makes decisions, and responds to routines.

That doesn’t remove responsibility. It helps explain why some seasons feel harder than others.

You might notice things like:

🍪 Impulsive choices: Not because you don’t care, but because stress can influence how the body seeks comfort. Awareness is the first step toward better choices.

🔋 Low motivation: This isn’t laziness. When stress is high, energy can be limited. That’s where intentional movement and support come in.

🧠 Decision fatigue: By the end of the day, even small choices feel heavy. That’s a sign the system has been working hard, not that discipline is gone.

⏱️ Difficulty staying consistency: Consistency is a skill. It gets easier when the body is supported and when we practice showing up, even imperfectly.

This isn’t about excuses.

Our office manager from the Brandon location, Angie, has a healthier sweet treat recipe shed like to share:

🍫🥜 Peanut Butter Chocolate Greek Yogurt Brownie Cups 🥜🍫

Rich, chocolatey, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have. These little brownie cups are the perfect sweet treat when you want something indulgent but a little more balanced.

You’ll need:

• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 egg

How to make them:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin or lightly grease it.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling about two-thirds full.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until set and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool slightly and enjoy warm or at room temp.

Optional but highly recommended toppings:
✨ A dollop of Greek yogurt
✨ Chopped peanuts
✨ A few dark chocolate chips sprinkled on top before baking

Perfect for dessert, an afternoon treat, or when the chocolate craving hits. Save this one 🤎
