- Virtual Easter Egg Hunt/Jump Start Fitness. Sunday, April 5, 9:30-10:30 AM. While Easter holds a spiritual meaning for many, for some, Easter is synonymous with Easter egg hunt! Wouldn't it be fun if you could combine your workout with an Easter egg hunt? Now you can with this LIVE virtual class! Complete challenges--find eggs--and gather points! Compete against yourself or those who are with me live in the "virtual studio: The best part? No candy to have to eat later!! If you are curious, you will have to see how this works by coming live! The workout is suitable and easily modifiable for all levels.
- Easter Morning Virtual Yoga/Relaxation. Sunday, April 5, 10:30-11:30 AM.
- Stress First Aid: Tools to Instantly Reduce Anxiety. Sunday, April 12, 12-1 PM. In this workshop, we will explore the science behind stress and review and practice at least five techniques you can use immediately to help yourself or someone else reduce stress. (This isn't the same old boring usual list of breathing exercises--these are very specific tools that are scientifically backed and address stress in each of its originating pathways!) If you are human (!), you will not want to miss this!!
