If you love our Pyramid in-person classes, you will also love our virtual classroom and studio! A wide variety of classes are uploaded into our video archive library for our members and guests to download and use any time, any place! The video archives are accessible via any smart phone, tablet, or computer--and once you download the video, it is yours to keep and use as often as you like! We also offer live classes via the computer from time to time. Classes include cardio kickboxing, group strength, core, step aerobics, spin, trampoline, dance, meditation, yoga, and interesting combo classes. We created this virtual studio for anyone who cannot make our in-person classes, anyone who might be too shy or embarrassed to workout in a classroom setting, someone who wants to work out from the comfort of home, or for our "regulars" who want to take our classes with them on vacations. Maybe you prefer to workout with videos, but want to keep it exciting with an ever-changing variety of classes. WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS
- This week we are finishing up our "Extended Classes" week--come for whatever length of time you have! Stay for the full hour to bump up your wellness game!
- Next week is Mash-Up week where we will combine two types of classes that do not usually go together! Great for breaking through plateaus!
- Hypnotherapy for Letting Go of the Need to Fix, Monday, February 2, 2026, 6:05 PM-6:40 PM. Do you hear that someone is upset and you want to do something to take their pain away? When someone tells you about a struggle they are having, do you go into problem-solving mode and jump into action to try to solve it for them? While it is a wonderful trait to care and want to help, taking on the burdens of others can deplete us personally AND affect the person's ability to develop his or her own solution--sometimes putting strain on the relationship. In this hypnotherapy session, we will focus on deep relaxation and letting go of this desire to take over and just be present to listen to what others truly need from us. This class is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure anything and should not replace traditional, necessary treatment.

Check out this totally revamped workshop focused on eating for wellness as we review the history that shaped our modern understanding of nutrition, review current trends in eating, and explore tips for staying well. This class is not a nutrition class but focuses on the physical and mental aspects of food, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and should not replace necessary medical or mental health treatment.

WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
- YAMAS SERIES OF GUIDED MEDITATIONS. In Yoga, the 5 yamas make up the first limb of yoga and outline guidelines for leading a spiritual life. In this short series, the R&R meditations on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 2 PM focus on each of them. We will focus on "Non-violence" on Thursday, November 20, Truthfulness on Monday, November 24, "Non-Stealing" on Tuesday, November 25, "Moderation and Vitality" on Monday, December 1, and "Non-Attachment and Greed" on Tuesday, December 2.

- THANKSGIVING DAY 30-30-30, Thursday, November 27, 2025, 9-10:30 AM. Get your "gobble on" with 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength, and 30 minutes of yoga ending with a special Thanksgiving Day meditation. Easily modifiable for all levels! Hope to see you there!
