If you love our Pyramid in-person classes, you will also love our virtual classroom and studio! A wide variety of classes are uploaded into our video archive library for our members and guests to download and use any time, any place! The video archives are accessible via any smart phone, tablet, or computer--and once you download the video, it is yours to keep and use as often as you like! We also offer live classes via the computer from time to time. Classes include cardio kickboxing, group strength, core, step aerobics, spin, trampoline, dance, meditation, yoga, and interesting combo classes. We created this virtual studio for anyone who cannot make our in-person classes, anyone who might be too shy or embarrassed to workout in a classroom setting, someone who wants to work out from the comfort of home, or for our "regulars" who want to take our classes with them on vacations. Maybe you prefer to workout with videos, but want to keep it exciting with an ever-changing variety of classes. In this workshop, we will explore the science behind stress and review and practice at least five techniques you can use immediately to help yourself or someone else reduce stress. (This isn't the same old boring usual list of breathing exercises--these are very specific tools that are scientifically backed and address stress in each of its originating pathways!) If you are human (!), you will not want to miss this!!

In this short introductory workshop, we will discuss what past lives are and experience a guided journey to see what your subconscious mind is ready to release. Have you always been afraid of spiders and would like to understand why? Have you felt an instant attraction to someone you just met? These and other answers may be revealed in this workshop! Suspend disbelief and join us for this free, fun workshop!

- Winter Wellness Challenge Update: CONGRATULATIONS and thank you to everyone who participated in our Winter Wellness Challenge! This year we had almost a three-way tie for the grand champion...congratulations to Fern and Zack for tying first, and congratulations to Kim for coming in a very close third! But in a surprise plot twist, NO ONE got bingo on the bingo card! So, the prize for the first person to get bingo is still available! New challenge: Complete the entire winter bingo board by March 21, 2026...everyone who completes the entire board is entered into a drawing for a grand prize, and the first person who lets me know she or he has gotten bingo wins the personal sound recording!

WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS
- This week we are finishing up our Mash-Up week and will return to our regularly scheduled classes.
- Hypnotherapy for Letting Go of the Need to Fix, Monday, February 2, 2026, 6:05 PM-6:40 PM. Do you hear that someone is upset and you want to do something to take their pain away? When someone tells you about a struggle they are having, do you go into problem-solving mode and jump into action to try to solve it for them? While it is a wonderful trait to care and want to help, taking on the burdens of others can deplete us personally AND affect the person's ability to develop his or her own solution--sometimes putting strain on the relationship. In this hypnotherapy session, we will focus on deep relaxation and letting go of this desire to take over and just be present to listen to what others truly need from us. This class is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure anything and should not replace traditional, necessary treatment.
