WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS
- Spring Wellness Challenge, May 1-4, 2026. In this brand new spring wellness challenge, participants do a "wellness scavenger hunt"--"finding" as many different wellness experiences as possible in the first four days of May. Participants can compete as individuals or in teams of up to 4.
"Find" as many as you can between May 1 and May 4:
1 - Find and photograph a stick that is naturally shaped like a letter of the alphabet
2 - Find and photograph something outdoors that is orange
3 - Complete a Fitness Intervals class (Zoom/BurnAlong/YouTube)
4 - Complete a Step Aerobics class (Zoom/BurnAlong/YouTube)
5 - Complete a Mindfulness Meditation class (Zoom/BurnAlong)
6 - Complete a Yogaerobics class (Zoom/BurnAlong)
7 - Complete Spring Meditation (Zoom/BurnAlong)
8 - Pick up/dispose of 4+ pieces of garbage in your neighborhood
9 - Locate and photograph a spot outside of cell service range
10 - Take a photo of you/your team doing the "Kim" (T) position
11 - Locate and photograph a stone/plant/mushroom that makes you feel peaceful
12 - Locate and photograph a piece of fruit in your local grocery store/farmer's market
13 - Read a story to a child under the age of 12
14 - Complete 12 push-ups in an outdoor setting
15 - Complete Jump Start Fitness (Zoom/BurnAlong)
16 - Take a yoga class (Zoom/BurnAlong/YouTube/locally)
17 - Complete Gentle Walking Fitness (Zoom/BurnAlong/YouTube) OR go for a 30-minute walk outside
18 - Locate and photograph wind chimes
19 - Locate, photograph, and walk an outdoor labyrinth
20 - Complete a Hi-Low Cardio class (Zoom/BurnAlong/YouTube)
21 - Complete an ABC's of Fitness class (Zoom/BurnAlong)
22 - Locate and photograph a pine cone or acorn
23 - Complete a Balance Practice class (Zoom/BurnAlong)
24 - Locate a staircase with 12+ steps and walk it up and down
25 - Locate and photograph a bird feather somewhere outside
26 - Listen to a record or CD all the way through for pleasure without doing anything else
27 - Locate and photograph a vegetable in your local grocery store/farmer's market
28 - Locate and photograph a "Do Not Disturb" sign
29 - Locate and photograph a park bench
30 - Locate, use, and photograph dental floss
31 - Locate and photograph a cloud that looks like an animal
32 - Locate and photograph a public mural or sculpture
Give yourself an extra point for each photograph you post/share on social media! (Up to 16 bonus points)
Remember--this challenge is on the honor system and is all about FUN! Advance registration is not required, but those who let me know they are participating will receive encouragement along the way! Everyone who participates will receive a digital recording package including meditations, relaxations, and my latest CD. The individual AND team with the most points will be crowned our Spring Wellness Challenge Champions 2026 and receive a 1:1 session of your choice with me!
