Our highly trained associates provide exceptional care to individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our in-house team of therapists and nurses work together to create an individualized care plan based on each resident's and patient's personal needs and goals. Congratulations to Ms. Carolyn Bates on her recent successful rehab stay at Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care in Rutledge, TN! 👏

Ms. Bates took part in physical and occupational therapy, as well as wound care treatment from the nursing staff. "I have worked with all departments, including therapy, nursing, CNAs, and housekeeping," she shared. "Everyone has been exceptional!"

🎉 Congratulations, Mrs. Winifred Sabo, on your recent successful rehab stay at Ridgeview Terrace!

Mrs. Sabo was coming home from a cruise to Cozumel with her husband 🚢 when she fell and suffered a hip fracture. Our therapy team worked with her to reach her mobility and functional goals so she could return home just in time to celebrate her wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve! 🥂☺️
