A Mindfulness Exercise~

Walking to your car after work, around your yard, around your house, or wherever you are, at any given time...slow down and notice five things that pique your interest, inspire, or you find curious.

It's a wonderful way (or just one way) back to your frontal lobe and the present moment. 😌
