Smith-Reagan Funeral Home

Smith-Reagan Funeral Home Since the early 1900s, it has been our honor to serve you and your loved ones. In 1904 Clyde E. Sometime shortly after 1904 Mr. Smith bought all the man's stock.

Whether you’re looking for a traditional funeral or at cremation options, we will provide world class service with the best value to you and your family. Smith bought Haffnieistirs Apothecary and changed the name to Smith Drug Store. It was in a two story framed building, and above the pharmacy was a man (name unknown) who bought casket shells and upholstered the interior of them to sell to persons who had a death in the family. He and his son, Lawrence Smith, would go upstairs after closing the pharmacy for the night, do the upholstering and then sell the caskets to the bereaved families. There was apparently very little “funeral directing” at that time.

The holidays can feel confusing for children who are grieving.

Simple rituals can help them feel connected, seen, and supported — whether it’s hanging a special ornament, sharing a story, or lighting a candle together.

Small gestures matter.

And little hearts need gentle spaces to remember. ❤️

If your family is navigating grief this season, you’re not alone.
