Getting Gala-Ready Just Got Easier and More Meaningful. One Company Fund (OCF) is excited to launch Closet for a Cause, a first-of-its-kind pop-up shop designed to help associates find the perfect gown for the Annual Awards Gala while supporting one another along the way. More than a fundraiser, Closet for a Cause reflects the heart of OCF’s mission: removing barriers and making sure everyone feels included. Each gown is available for a $25 donation to OCF, with flexible payment options, and even sponsored purchases available for associates who may need them. Hosted on SharePoint and accessible to associates with a Benchmark email, the shop makes it easy to browse, select, and give back, all while helping ensure cost is never an obstacle to feeling confident and celebrated.
