Personal Support Specialist (PSS) – Part-Time

Location: Monmouth, Maine area

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to provide one-on-one care and assistance in a home setting. This is a part-time position with 12-hour shifts, working 1–3 days per week.

Schedule:

12-hour shifts
1–3 days per week
Flexible scheduling (details discussed during hiring)

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care
Provide companionship and supportive care
Light housekeeping related to client care
Meal preparation and assistance
Follow care plans and ensure client safety
Communicate effectively with family and care team

Qualifications:

Active PSS certification (or ability to obtain)
Reliable transportation to the Monmouth, ME area
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Dependable, patient, and caring demeanor
Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
