🌻 Spring Community Trainings Are Here!
Gila River Health Care invites community members to join our free Su***de Prevention and Mental Health trainings this spring. These sessions help build the skills needed to recognize warning signs, support someone in crisis, and strengthen the wellbeing of our community.
Trainings include:
• Mental Health First Aid
• SafeTALK Su***de Prevention
• QPR Su***de Prevention
• Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
All trainings are free and open to adults in the community.
📅 Trainings take place throughout March, April, and May 2026 at various district locations and online.

Together, we can learn how to recognize, respond, and support those who may be struggling. 💙
