Today’s activity brought out everyone’s creative side 🎨✨

Jack led a lively game of Pictionary with our residents, and let’s just say… we have some serious artists in the building! From impressive drawings to some very creative interpretations, there was no shortage of laughter and teamwork.

It’s moments like these that remind us how fun it is to stay engaged, try something new, and just enjoy time together. Lots of smiles, a little friendly competition, and plenty of good memories made today! 💚

Happy Easter from Village Green Sachse! 🐰🌷

A huge thank you to our wonderful friend, Melodie, at Lifted Hospice for preparing such a beautiful Easter lunch for our residents and team today. Everything was absolutely delicious — ham, potato salad, quiche, and a variety of pies that we enjoyed every bite of!

Our residents had so much fun celebrating together, especially with their bunny ears and a table full of great food, laughter, and sweet moments.

We are so grateful for partners like Lifted Hospice who go above and beyond to make days like today so special for our residents. 💚

Mike and Cindy enjoyed the beautiful weather out on the patio today with Cindy’s dog, Lily. Lily was clearly living her best life soaking up the sunshine and keeping everyone company this afternoon! 🐶

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from all of us! 💚

We celebrated in the best way, together.

From a BIG cookie cake (yes, it disappeared quickly 😋), to listening to Irish tunes, to a little friendly trivia competition for beads, there was laughter all around today.

And of course, we had to dress the part with our green hats and festive glasses. ☘️

Moments like these are what it’s all about, creating joy, connection, and a whole lot of smiles for our residents.

🎉 Today we had the pleasure of celebrating Mike’s birthday at Village Green! 🎉

Birthdays are always a special time to pause, gather together, and celebrate someone who means a lot to our community. Mike enjoyed plenty of birthday wishes, a sweet slice of cake, and lots of smiles from everyone around the table.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, good company, and a little extra celebration for the birthday guy.

Mike proudly made his famous “rite-of-passage” Rockin’ Guacamole for everyone to enjoy. From mashing the avocados to adding his signature touches, he enjoyed sharing one of his favorite recipes with the community.
