We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate team leader for The Inn and Cottages at Atlantic Heights Residential Services Director!

This position will lead effective strategies to meet or exceed facility goals in the four areas of Market Share, Customer and Employee Satisfaction, Quality and Compliance and Profitability.

They will also oversee all aspects of resident life including satisfaction, health status, safety, security, and rights. To be able to promote and ensure the highest quality of care and quality of life to the residents we serve.

To qualify for this new exciting opportunity, you must have a current/active state Residential Care Administrator license (Assisted Living/Residential Care) OR a Multi-level Administrator license.
