Social Worker:
Requirements: Maine License Social Worker (LSW)
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning organizing, implementing, evaluating, of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Director of Social Services and/or Administrator, to assure the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

Social Worker Assistant:
Requirements: Organization to detail | Administrative experience
As part of a strong clinical care team, the primary purpose of the position is to assist in planning, and delivering on our facility’s social service programs. Assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. This position reports to the Social Services Director/Manager.
