I just saw my eight-year anniversary reminder on LinkedIn — and wow, what a ride it’s been.

Eight years ago, we started Coastal Transitions of Maine — what began as an idea between two women determined to make senior care navigation easier for families.

From a small start to a trusted statewide resource, we’ve grown through dedication, relationships, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by our clients.

I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built and the difference we’ve made in so many families’ lives.
Thank you to everyone who’s trusted us along the way — we feel so honored to help people through such an important transition.
