Winds of Harmony Wellness Center Healing for the body & soul through massage therapy, polarity therapy, reflexology, Reiki shamanism. Distance sessions. Classes & house/office clearings.

Winds of Harmony Wellness Center is owned and operated by Lynn Small and Cheryl Bochniewicz. We offer a unique energy work experience (a melding Reiki and shamanism), and myofascial release therapy. In addition, we host occasional classes and workshops in Reiki and shamanic journeying.

We are always working to learn more ourselves, so we can offer more classes and become better practitioners. We do not believe that we do any of the healing. Our belief is that we are the channel through which the energy flows so that a client can heal themselves. We teach all of our classes in this manner as well. Healing and shifting one's vibration is a very personal experience and each individual is responsible for his or her own healing. We are but the facilitators. We like to think that our classes, sessions, and healing shares are all given in a comfortable and respectful setting. But we must confess that we employ an age old healing technique: laughter. Yes, we do quite a bit of that!

Good morning

I am holding a Kitchen Witch Aprenticeship this year.

One weekend, a month
Saturday and Sunday
8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Starting April 25 and 26
going through October

This is not an Herbalist certification program

This is for everyday folks who want to learn about the common herbs that’s already grow in your yard and that you can grow here in your gardens in Maine

You will learn how to grow these herbs and how to use them

We will also spend time connecting with them, smelling them, tasting them, eating them and drinking them

If you’re looking for an Herbalist certification program, my suggestion is Debbie Mercier in Limerick at Greenwood Herbal‘s.

If you’re looking to learn
how to take care of yourself and your family better than I have the program for you
