This little ball of was in my hand and being squeezed for almost two hours yesterday. This is a reminder to schedule your mammogram!! I am admitting to not taking care of ME which is so important! I had not had a mammogram for 4 years 🥹!! I had a mammogram a few months ago and they found a few small areas of concern. Yesterday I had a diagnostic mammogram and Ultrasound. There is one area they now want to keep an eye on and so I will have repeat imaging in 6 months. Hopefully it will be okay, but this is just a reminder about how important it is to do self care and make sure to get your scheduled mammograms every single year! I am also going to be offering a newer imaging that detects breast cancer in the near future so stay tuned. But please get your mammograms!
