Say hi to Peter (he/him)! He’s been working out consistently at Qu**rs and Allies Fitness for quite a few months with our trainer Donja, and his hard work is definitely paying off. Here’s what Peter has to say about his experience with us:

Announcing our new AERIAL BOOTCAMP!

This 4-week workshop series will be starting Saturday (8/2) at 10:30AM. You can join Coach Tiffany and some other awesome members of our community for 90-minute workouts featuring beginner-level movements on the aerial hoops!

The full bootcamp is available to sign up for on our website NOW, and drop-in sessions will be up for purchase soon. We hope to see you there!

Happy Pride!!!
We had so much fun this year at Sacramento Pride and are thrilled to have met so many awesome new people! The turnout was amazing for both the festival and the parade, and we can’t wait to see everyone again next year!
