If you've recently come into my life or just came upon your post, you might start swipping and think 'okay, overachiever'. Sure, I have definitely become a knowledge and personal development addict... but I MUST emphasize that I BECAME this way.

Not spontaneously, or with a magic wand, but with a deep desire to rewire my mind and become the best version of myself, which is a lifelong adaptive process...

One that begins with unbecoming—letting go of what no longer serves you, tapping into the power of your mind and aligning with your core needs and purpose.

Tbh, as I started listing things that I've achieved or developed, either out of desire or necessity, I was slightly taken aback and felt a sense of accomplishment. I hadn't reflected in this capacity before. Sure, I've thought of the things I've done, but never listed the decades long journey I've been on in this manner...

And I'm glad I did. If this post helps one single person realize they are capable of SO MUCH MORE than their limiting beliefs or their circumstances...

EVERYTHING you need to become your desired self, move through the world with purpose, and live your most fulfilled life exists within you, right now...
