Sac City MD is pleased to announce that Devonne Ortiz, MSN FNP-C, has joined our South Sacramento practice. Devonne joins us after serving patients as a nurse practitioner for nearly 12 years, principally in her hometown of Galt, where she grew up and developed deep relationships with so many of her patients — many she has known since childhood.
Sac City MD, located at 8120 Timberlake Way near Methodist Hospital, is taking new patients and accepts the same medical insurance plans as Devonne’s former employer, Associated Family Physicians. Our offices are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability.
