1. Have some refined sugar-free chocolate, like Hu, so there's no . 🍫
2. Go to the river and walk along the edge. 🌅
3. Spend more time reading a fun rom-com …even if I don’t “have the time”. 📕
These are some MUCH healthier ways that I have learned to raise my mood when it hasn’t been a stellar day.
I find that these things can bring me back to a good place really quickly.
