Some one to come help mom or dad when your time is scarce? I have been a caregiver for 10 years helping my clients as they take one step at a time to further their physical and mental stability. I have helped many of my clients with day-to-day activities, hygiene, mobility, healthy meal prep, cognitive thinking and brain health, stimulation and rehabilitation exercises, out door fun, You name it. I help with all general household upkeep and pets as well, making it a little bit easier to get by day to day.

I am fully vaccinated against covid-19. And will wear a mask.
I have full coverage auto insurance with a 4 door car and good driving record ;). I'm able to drive your family member to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping or other activities that they would like to do throughout the day. I am available to travel 10 miles outside Citrus Heights/Roseville as of now. Mileage for gas is asked for if using my car to run errands.
As of right now I am only available M, T, W, F 8:30 a.m. through 2 p.m. I am available for companion care only. I am not able to lift or do full on bed ridden care right now.

Compensation is $20 per hour with a 3 hour minimum
