✨ How long does it take to see results? ✨
The answer is different for everyone and that’s okay.
Your results depend on:
• Your health goals & personal history
• The severity and length of your concern
• Your commitment to care
• Lifestyle choices outside the office
👉 Less commitment = slower progress
👉 Full commitment = faster results
We support you with regular check-ins and personalized home & lifestyle recommendations.
Some people notice changes in 1–2 visits, while others need a few weeks, both are normal.
If you’re ready to get started healing with us please reach out to our office (website in bio) and schedule a consultation !
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all 🤍

Many people do not realize that babies need chiropractic, too! We cannot tell you the number of times we have heard someone ask, “why would my baby need to see a chiropractor?” Well, here’s why!
Upwards of 80% of newborns are born with issues in their upper necks/spinal columns due to the birthing process, and this number only increases with stressful pregnancies, long labors, incorrectly positioned babies and Cesarean sections. Babies do not typically feel pain when they have these issues, but do tend to have increased chances of sleeping issues, latching difficulties, reflux/colic, digestive issues, immune system issues and even developmental delays, in some cases.
Adjustments are extremely gentle, and so necessary if there is stress present in their spinal and neurological systems, as neurological development in the first year of life is exponential! To be able to ensure your baby’s neurological development is on track will only positively support their trajectory of health and adaptability as they grow! When little ones’ brains can fully communicate with their bodies as they develop, we see happier, healthier babies (and happier, more well-rested parents, too!)!
The sooner a little one can be checked and adjusted (if needed), the better! There is no age too young to begin!

Safe Babywearing: T.I.C.K.S. + M for Hips 👣
When it comes to babywearing, positioning matters for both safety and healthy development.
✔️ Follow the T.I.C.K.S. guidelines:
🔹 Tight - Carrier holds baby snugly and securely
🔹 In view at all times - Baby’s face is always visible
🔹 Close enough to kiss - You can easily kiss the top of their head
🔹 Keep chin off the chest - To maintain a clear airway
🔹 Supported back - Natural spine curve is supported
➕ Don’t forget the “M” for hips:
Ensure baby’s knees are higher than their bottom, with legs in an “M” shape. This position supports healthy hip development and reduces the risk of hip dysplasia.
Proper babywearing promotes bonding, comfort, and physical development. Always follow safety guidelines and choose carriers that support optimal positioning. 🤱

Hey everyone! 🚨Important update🚨Due to the unexpected medical issues Dr. Caitlin’s son is facing in Florida that are keeping her there longer than planned, we wanted to announce the exciting news that Dr. Irene will be returning to cover her patient care from December 2nd (next Tuesday! 😍) through December 11th! We’re sure you all remember her as she was with us for 4 months last year when Dr. Caitlin was in Florida previously. She and Dr. C went to chiropractic school together and graduated together! We are so excited to have her back 👐 Her hours are shown on the next slide, and Alix will be reaching out to anyone affected to help you with rescheduling ASAP 💞 For anyone who hasn’t yet, meet Dr. Irene!

“I’m Dr. Irene, returning to Kaleidoscope Chiropractic while Dr. Caitlin is in Florida at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. I am a Bay Area native, often called the “Mary Poppins” of chiropractic. I’ve practiced all over California and as far north as Washington state! My love for chiropractic grew from a passion for the body’s natural ability to heal itself. After witnessing and assisting with the births of my nieces and nephews, I realized how crucial the nervous system is for their growth and development throughout their lifetime. I truly believe the body is magical and if we can give it enough time, space, and encouragement (through the amazing touch of chiropractic) healing and miracles can happen! 🙌
Fun Facts:
I am a retired professional and competitive Polynesian dancer - both in Hula and Tahitian!
I also studied (for many years!) the Hawaiian language and history, and I was bestowed a Hawaiian name (you’ll have to ask me what it is in person because it is soooo long!)
I love exploring as many food places and sites in all of the cities I get to travel to for work!
I am a big fan of reading 📚! You’ll probably catch me at a coffee shop ☕️ or a cafe with my kindle on hand! I’m currently captivated by mystery thrillers, but open to exploring any genre!
Super excited to see you all again next week! 💫💕”

Did you know that there are NUMEROUS benefits kiddos receive when they get regularly adjusted?
Some of the most common reasons that parents bring their little ones to a pediatric specialized chiropractor is:
⭐️ To help with colic
⭐️ Strengthen immunity and reduce the incidence of colds, earaches and general illness
⭐️ To improve their child’s ability to concentrate
⭐️ To assist with sleep issues
⭐️ To decrease tummy issues (gassy, constipation)
⭐️ Torticollis
⭐️ To improve breastfeeding / latching problems
⭐️ Oral ties: lip, tongue or cheek
⭐️ Delayed milestones (walking, talking)
These are just a handful of benefits that kiddos can receive by getting regularly adjusted. If your little ones are showing any of the signs above (or anything else), it means that their nervous system is under stress which is interfering with their ability to function at their highest potential.

When a source of light illuminates a kaleidoscope, it enhances the color and vibrance that you see and experience. When our bodies are placed under stress, the flow of communication between our brains and our bodies becomes compromised, dulling the ways in which we interact with and adapt to our environment.
Herein lies our goal at Kaleidoscope Chiropractic - to provide chiropractic care as a way to reignite this often deceased brain to body connection and, in doing so, re-connect individuals and families to their most vibrant expressions of health, happiness and the lives they experience.
Kaleidoscope Chiropractic’s mission is rooted in helping both individuals and whole families regain hope in their health and in their bodies through this incredible profession - chiropractic! This is what inspired Dr Caitlin to open Kaleidoscope Chiropractic - to provide a place in Sacramento where people could come to heal and illuminate the lives they live.
Our passion is really rooted in working with families, little kiddos, trying-to-conceive mamas, pregnant mamas and already-mamas, as these stages of life come with so much change and uncertainty, and it is such a joy to watch women (and fathers!) become more certain and empowered on their journeys through pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and parenthood.
It is truly such a joy to see kids running through the door, so excited to see us, and jumping up on the table to be checked without even being asked!
What we do at Kaleidoscope, is really all about showing people that their bodies (and their kiddos’ bodies!) are capable of so much more than they are often led to believe. The care we provide is so much more than addressing aches, pains and discomfort. Our goal is to get every person coming through our door feeling better and more empowered than they ever have before, by providing specific chiropractic care, and by providing people the tools they need to live a dynamic, healthy lifestyle that allows them to thrive, not just survive!
