Big week for FLEX at CATA!!

Both FLEX owners, Luke and Nicole, were honored with a Life Saving Award for their response during a cardiac arrest event.

Luke was also recognized with the 2025 State Service Award for his work supporting Athletic Trainer job growth in Northern California and advocating for increased access to ATs in high schools.

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing community. FLEX wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible Athletic Trainers who work alongside us. It was great reconnecting with old friends, meeting new colleagues, and continuing to learn and grow together.

Already looking forward to San Francisco next year!

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office’s inaugural fitness testing series is officially complete!

Our FLEX team was proud to support the deputies all month long with a full Recovery Zone, keeping them fueled, refreshed, and performing at their best.

Huge thank you to SSO for trusting us with this initiative. We look forward to continuing to support the wellness and performance of our local tactical athletes!
