City Creek Assisted Living is an elderly community with 24 hour assistance with medications and aides to assist with showering/bathing, dressing, transferring and much more. We have private and semi-private rooms available and we are a smoking facility with a beautifully upkept patio by our very own residents. Our facility has a full dining room which makes meals for all residents breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a very active activities program with daily activities and weekly resident shopping. We accept private pay residents and Assisted Living Waiver Program. Come on by or schedule a tour for a possible place for you or your loved one to join us.
