Really easy and interesting read. Touches on sleep, running/joint wear, sitting all day for work. My favorite observation was the evolution of our chairs having backs which makes us weaker. Most of us will have low back issues one day and not using them enough contributes to that.

Hello old friends! The Massage Guy is moving closer to reopening. Still waiting for final authorization and Guidelines from Sacramento County.
There will definitely be some changes to our office procedure, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. All clients with be temperature checked on arrival and masks 😷 must be worn during your entire session.

I am not taking appointments yet. Our office staff is working diligently to adapt to the new circumstances. I’m also trying to balance the the safety of my family and community.

I will update with information as it becomes available. I hope you and your loved ones are well and I look forward to seeing you soon!
