This year, we’re feeling extra grateful… and a little amused! Our new unofficial mascot—a friendly neighborhood turkey—has been hanging out by our office doors almost every day. He’s become part of the team at this point, greeting staff and adding some holiday cheer just in time for Thanksgiving.

We were happy to host an in-service at Bear Hollow Estates Gracious Retirement Living!
Our team had a great time providing education on Ambulation and Mobility, focusing on safe movement techniques, fall-prevention strategies, and ways staff can better support residents in maintaining strength, stability, and independence.

We truly value these opportunities to partner with local communities and empower caregivers with practical, hands-on training that enhances confidence and promotes safer daily care. Thank you, Bear Hollow, for welcoming us and for your ongoing commitment to resident well-being!

We had such a wonderful pre-Thanksgiving potluck today, hosted by our amazing Home Health team! 🧡🦃
Our Home Health department friends went above and beyond—bringing delicious dishes, creating a festive atmosphere, and giving our staff a fun moment to relax, connect, and enjoy each other’s company. Moments like these remind us how grateful we are for the teamwork, compassion, and heart that make Rx HealthCare Services truly special.

We had an amazing time today hosting our Mocktail Bar at Country Club Manor! 🍹✨
It was such a joy connecting with residents, sharing stories, and bringing a little fun and flavor to their afternoon. Events like these remind us how meaningful it is to be part of our local senior communities — creating smiles, building relationships, and supporting wellness in every way we can. 💙

🎉 Thank You for Celebrating 25 Incredible Years! 🎉

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us in celebrating the 25th Anniversary of our Case Management Program. For a quarter of a century, it has been our honor and privilege to serve the HIV/AIDS community across Northern California—providing support, advocacy, and compassionate care to those who need it most.

As the local Medi-Cal Waiver Program (MCWP) provider for the HIV/AIDS population, we could not do this work without the unwavering support of our community stakeholders, partners, collaborators, and providers. Thank you for showing up, supporting our mission, and helping us expand care to more individuals and families each year. Your partnership drives our impact.

A very special and heartfelt thank you to all our past and current RN and Social Work Case Managers. For 25 years, your dedication, empathy, dignity, and respect have shaped this program into what it is today. You are the backbone of our mission, and we celebrate YOU. ❤️

One special celebration took place at Creekside Oaks Retirement Community in Folsom, where we had the privilege of honoring local veterans and sharing in heartfelt moments of gratitude.
