Lord, if this building is Your provision for our new home in Elk Grove as a second clinic, I boldly ask that You secure it, establish it, and bring it to fruition. Nothing can stand in Your way when it is Your will.
Joshua 15-17
Heavenly Father,
You are the God who gives inheritance, purpose, and promise. Just as You assigned the land to the tribes of Israel, I thank You that in Christ I have obtained an inheritance (Ephesians 1:11). Teach me to walk fully in what You have prepared for me and what you have prepared for the future of Alternatives.
Lord, I desire to follow You wholeheartedly, just as it is written:
“I wholly followed the Lord, the God of Israel” (Joshua 14:8).Help me to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), trusting You in every step.
Father, give me the spirit of Caleb, who said,
“Give me this mountain” (Joshua 14:12). I come boldly before You asking for this new building if it is Your will (Hebrews 4:16), I ask for courage to pursue every promise You have spoken over my life and for the ministry of Alternatives Pregnancy Center!
And Lord, give me the boldness of Achsah, who did not hesitate to ask for more, saying,
“Give me a blessing… give me springs of water” (Joshua 15:19). Teach me to ask in faith, knowing You are a good Father who gives generously (James 1:5). Let me not settle for dry ground when You have living water prepared for me and our clinic.
When I face strong opposition, I stand on Your Word:
“You shall drive out the Canaanites, though they have chariots of iron and though they are strong” (Joshua 17:18). I declare that if You are for me, nothing can stand against me (Romans 8:31). I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me (Romans 8:37).
Lord, when things feel small or limited, remind me:
“Go up to the forest and clear ground for yourself” (Joshua 17:15). Give me and us at Alternatives diligence, wisdom, and initiative. We will not complain about the incrediblework You have called us to do, but instead we will act in faith, knowing that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
Father, keep us from partial obedience. Your Word shows that when Your people did not fully drive out what You commanded, it became a snare and a source of struggle (Joshua 15:63; Judges 2:1–3). Guard our heart from compromise, delay, or fear that leaves battles unfinished.
Help us to understand that what we tolerate today can trouble us tomorrow. Give me discernment to remove anything in my life that opposes Your will - every habit, mindset, or influence that does not honor You.
Lord, I choose full obedience. I will not make peace with what You have called me to overcome. Strengthen me to deal decisively with every “enemy” You have revealed, trusting that Your commands are for my freedom and victory. Allow me to stand firm, rooted in truth, against any relationship that is not honoring to You.
Remove every spirit of fear, for You have given me power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Teach me perseverance, boldness, and unwavering faith.
Lord, establish me firmly in my inheritance. Let me not shrink back, but advance with confidence, knowing that all Your promises are yes and amen in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20).
You are faithful, and I trust You completely. Lead me, strengthen me, and let my life and the ministry of Alternatives reflect Your victory and faithfulness.
We stand in awe with what You have accomplished through the ministry of Alternatives Prenancy Center and we believe You for more! Thank you for a continued vision to grow, proclaim the Gospel and the beauty of life in the womb to every broken woman in need of hope - for YOU ARE A GOD OF LIFE!
