California Capitol Connection We are dedicated to empower and urge God’s people to get responsibly involved in the governmental processes so liberties can be retained and maintained.

California Capitol Connection will aid independent Baptists in becoming more informed regarding current state and federal legislation that has the potential to either positively or adversely affect their lives. ENGAGEMENT

We are dedicated to urging and empowering God’s people to get involved in civics for the purpose of preserving our liberties. California Capitol Connection will enable pastors to reach out to our state leaders one-on-one with the truth of God’s Word, providing biblical counsel regarding the critical issues of our day as well as a Gospel witness. California Capitol Connection will be the eyes and ears in our state capitol for independent Baptist churches, keeping them up-to-date regarding proposed legislation. ENCOURAGE

California Capitol Connection will notify believers when they need to applaud their legislators for a vote in favor of biblically aligned legislation as well as alert them when they need to respectfully admonish their legislators for a vote that stands in opposition to biblical truth. We will challenge God’s people to intercede in daily prayer for our state and national leaders.

🚨 California needs YOUR voice NOW! Assemblywoman Leticia Castillo’s AB 1998 would protect women’s and girls’ privacy & safety by requiring intimate spaces (bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, changing rooms) to be separated by biological sex—not gender identity.
This common-sense bill is stalled and needs a committee hearing to move forward!
Call your state Assemblymember and Senator TODAY and ask for a hearing for ! Genesis 1:27 “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

What an incredible day standing for life at the California March for Life today at the State Capitol! 🙌❤️
Handed out stickers, how to advocate for life cards, and Gospel books while connecting with fellow believers passionate about protecting the pre-born. Thank you Assemblywoman Leticia Castillo for your encouraging words and thank you Assemblyman David Tangipa and Assemblywoman Alexandra Macedo coming and taking a stand for life.
In a state that needs the truth of life and the hope of the Gospel more than ever, it was encouraging to rally together make our voices heard. Every life is precious, made in the image of God—from conception to natural death.
Thankful for everyone who showed up. Keep praying and stay in the fight.

Today I visited the California State Capitol to encourage legislators who are introducing bills aligned with biblical values. I offered my support and encouragement to keep fighting the good fight in government—because that’s exactly what civil authorities are called to do: promote justice, protect the innocent, and govern wisely (Romans 13).
