The California Pharmacists Association (CPhA) represents pharmacists, technicians & student pharmacists across California. 💊 Through advocacy, education & community, we empower the profession and shape the future of pharmacy. CPhA represents pharmacists, technicians, and student pharmacists from all practice settings. These practice settings include community pharmacy (both independent owners and employees working in chain drug stores), hospitals & health-systems, and specialty practices such as compounding, managed care, and long term care. The CPhA mission is to advance the practice of pharmacy for the promotion of health.

Leadership, recognition, and community were on full display at the Orange County Pharmacists Association (OCPhA) 2026 Annual Social Event & Exhibition.

The event included remarks from outgoing OCPhA President Dr. Mary Ngo, reflecting on a successful year of leadership and impact. Attendees also celebrated outstanding individuals in the profession, including Practitioners of the Year Dr. Laressa Bethshou and Dr. Loan Le, and Student Pharmacist of the Year Sanyoon Kim.

Thank you to CPhA President Dr. Kevin Komoto for installing the incoming OCPhA Board and helping usher in the next chapter of leadership.

It is always inspiring to see our local chapters thriving, bringing pharmacy professionals together, and continuing to strengthen the profession across California.
