Kushi Collective ... As such, our collective is not a statutory entity, but as a practical matter we might have to organize as some form of business to carry out our activities.

We are are a collective; an organization that merely facilitates the collaborative efforts of patient's and caregiver members – including the allocation of costs and revenues. Our collective does not purchase Cannabis from, or sell to, non-members; instead, it only provides a means for facilitating and coordinating transactions between members as qualified patients and caregivers. Kushi Collective Non-profit association is in strict compliance with California Health & Safety Code 11357-11362.9, California Senate Bill 420 & The 2008 California Attorney General's Guidelines for the secuirty and non-diversion of marijuana for medical use
