Unused prescription medications can lead to accidental poisonings, diversion, or environmental harm—issues we're all too familiar with in perioperative care. This DEA-led initiative provides free, secure drop-off sites across California to keep these drugs out of the wrong hands.

Why it matters to us: Safe disposal aligns with our commitment to patient safety and public health. Last year, over 1 million pounds of meds were collected nationwide—let's make an even bigger impact this fall!
