To all the recent followers of the Se-REM page, Thank You for your interest. I have a request. Se-REM is offered as a public service. It was only after using it in my private practice for 10 years, with nearly all my clients, that when I retired, I felt a responsibility to continue making it available. It can be almost miraculously helpful to those who use it.
But, the costs involved in running the website keep rising. In the near future, the project may not meet its expenses. Please consider purchasing the download. Even if you are fortunate enough to have no past trauma, you may someday face something that you need help in processing and getting back to normal. You may know someone who you could help by forwarding Se-REM to them.
If you cannot afford the $19. purchase, and still want the program, write to me and I will send you a free link. If you understand how Se-REM has the potential to change mental health delivery around the world, and you want to contribute, please make the purchase and please let me know about your experience. One more thing. If you really do not want Se-REM, you could be helpful in letting me know the main reason. I imagine the reasons could be: doubt that it could work, fear that it could be emotionally difficult, dislike of classical music, too expensive, dislike the process of downloading, or anything else you might identify.
