The weather is changing, which means Winter will be here soon! It’s also the start of flu season: last year saw the deadliest influenza season for children in over a decade, which should be preventable! Herd Immunity is the concept that the best illness protection happens when a majority of people get vaccinated. Skipping vaccines threatens herd immunity, and measles is making an unwelcome comeback because of it. Talk with your doctor about the importance and safety of being up to date with all vaccines to protect yourself and your community.💉

We attended the 2nd Annual Native Heritage Parade this past Saturday, which showcased a variety of floats, vehicles, marchers, and cultural performers. It was an inspiring celebration of culture, strength, and unity as we honor Native American Heritage Month and the vibrant traditions of Indigenous communities!

We enjoyed being part of this year’s celebration and we hope to see you again next year!

Did you know that to***co-related diseases like cardiovascular disease and lung cancer are the leading causes of death among American Indians/Alaska Natives?

Commercial To***co products  are industrially processed and addictive. They’re far removed from the sacred use of traditional To***co. While sacred To***co connects us to spirit, commercial To***co harms our health. Commercial to***co destroys. Sacred to***co heals.
