For over a decade, Dan has been a steady force within the Aspen Meadows Care Home By RNs team—a leader whose quiet consistency and deep commitment have helped shape the culture we’re proud of today. Through challenges and milestones alike, his twelve years of service reflect not just time, but trust, resilience, and heart. It’s no surprise that under his leadership, the team has sustained a flawless record of “no citations” for the past three years. His example continues to set the bar high for what it means to lead with integrity.

And then there’s Yas—whose roots with us stretch back even further, all the way to 2008. Yas has been a cornerstone since the early days, bringing continuity, care, and a level of institutional wisdom that can’t be taught—only earned.
