Most people think hip mobility = stretching external rotation.
But what actually gets missed—and often causes issues—is internal hip rotation.

The 90/90 position lets us work both external AND internal rotation, building real joint control instead of passive flexibility. Internal rotation is critical for squatting, running, cutting, and protecting your knees and low back.

If your hips don’t rotate well, your body finds that motion somewhere else—and that’s usually where pain shows up.

Five years ago, this was just an empty room and a big leap of faith.
No patients. No guarantees. Just a vision and a willingness to build something from the ground up.

I built this office with my own hands — every detail, every improvement, every late night after seeing patients. And over the last five years, I built a practice inside these walls.

This space saw the early mornings and the long days. The nerves of starting something new. The wins, the setbacks, the growth, and the gratitude. It held conversations that changed lives — including my own.

Today it’s empty. No tables, no equipment, no noise. But it will never truly be empty to me. It was the first home of Peak. The place where an idea became real.

I’ll always be grateful for what this space gave me — the lessons, the memories, and the foundation to grow beyond it.

Closing this chapter with a full heart and stepping into the next one with even bigger vision.

Deadlifts done right = one of the best exercises you can do. 💪

Deadlifts get a bad reputation—and it’s undeserved. The stigma comes from seeing them done poorly, not from the exercise itself. When rushed, overloaded, or performed with bad mechanics, people get hurt—but that’s true for any movement.

When performed with proper form, deadlifts train your entire posterior chain—glutes, hamstrings, core, and back—while reinforcing good movement patterns you use every day (hinge, lift, carry).

A well-executed deadlift:
• Builds real-world strength
• Improves spinal stability
• Protects your back instead of stressing it
• Translates to better performance in sports and life

For many people, the trap bar allows a more upright torso, better load distribution, and less stress on the low back—making it an excellent choice for beginners, athletes, or anyone working back into lifting.

What is chiropractic manipulation?
