Offering a wide variety of movement based health and lifestyle programs designed to empower the teacher and client with special health circumstances.

Body Wise Connection is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting healing through movement for people dealing with long-term illness or a challenging diagnosis. Using modalities such as Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Yoga, the Body Wise Connection program is specifically geared to serve people who would not otherwise be able to afford our services, but who desperately need to be physically cared for and empowered. We want to show that there is strength in the face of adversity and that the body, even during illness, is resilient.

Hey!!! Many of you know that I have a passion for movement as a method to feel, heal and empower. You may also already know that I have developed a body of work specifically for women (and men) diagnosed with breast cancer. Join me, this Saturday, September 19th at 9am Pacific Time at Level Up MVMT (https://levelupmvmt.com/) for a master class. We will explore movements designed to promote healing, talk candidly about cancer and how it impacts a clients whole life experiences, and understand how we can create safe spaces for our clients which can support them through the medical interventions while empowering them to trust in the body's ability to heal, its wisdom to establish balance and its capacity and potential to be strong. This is a DONATION class. 50% of proceeds will go to an amazing organization called Core Compassion Project #
