🌟 Employee Spotlight: “Victoria”LVN, Infection Prevention Nurse 🌟

We are so happy to feature Victoria, our incredible LVN and Infection Prevention Nurse here at Asbury Park!

Victoria was born in 1987 in Torrance, California, and is the oldest of three girls. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be in the medical field, fascinated by surgery shows she’d watch with her grandpa and deeply inspired by the world of human science and medicine.

Her journey in healthcare began in 2011, when she became a CNA. She later worked as an Activity Director and Med-Tech while pursuing her LVN license and achieving it in 2015, continuing to work toward becoming an RN.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria is happily married and the proud mom of three beautiful daughters and four wonderful bonus sons! A full, loving family that keeps her busy and inspired. When she does find a rare moment of free time, she loves to create art, a talent passed down through generations in her family. But her favorite way to unwind is by spending time at the beach, watching the waves, or taking family road trips to explore new places together.

Victoria shares that working at Asbury has been a true blessing, offering her the chance to serve the community in a meaningful way that continually challenges and reminds her why she became a healthcare worker in the first place.

Please join us in celebrating Victoria’s dedication, compassion, and heart for care! She truly embodies what it means to serve with purpose and pride! ⭐️
