We’re excited to offer a new Altered States & Psychosis Consultation Group for therapists working with psychosis, schizophrenia, voice hearing, spiritual emergencies, and related experiences.

Led by Dr. Chelsea Mackey, PsyD—an international speaker, educator, and specialist with 20+ years of experience—this group provides a reflective, supportive space for clinical discussion, growth, and sustainability in the work.

Vantage Point Center for Psychotherapy is excited to share that our DBT Skills Group is restarting soon and we currently have a few openings available!

Facilitated by Dr. Kristina Holt-Reber, this virtual group meets Tuesdays from 4:00–5:30pm, with the new module beginning November 18th.

The group offers structured DBT skills training focused on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness ideal for clients seeking additional support with emotional balance and coping skills.
