Telling you that the exercise is dangerous and to stop doing what you love is not acceptable. We remove the frustration and helplessness that is often experienced. We believe in empowering the individual so that they can experience not only quick relief but also long term improvement. We do this in 3 steps:
1:Alleviate the pain.
2:Fix the underlying cause.
3:Plan for the future. We get athletes of all ages and competitive levels back to the activities they love - quickly, completely, confidently.

Did we train? Not really. Should we have? Yes. But here we are…Proof that human bodies are made to MOVE and while you should train and prepare, you absolutely could do this.

Our running assessment (90min with a DPT) provides but isn’t limited to:
•Testing performance in multiple shoes (yeah even those converse)
•Measuring more than just running: jumping/strength/efficiency count too
•Is effective for walkers, joggers, new competitors, elite marathoners etc.
