A facility that has open gym membership, class membership and personal training – all under one 5,000 sq/ft roof! Our open gym membership gives you the ability to come in and use your programs with our equipment for one a low rate. You also have quality coaches at your disposal for Q & A about your program, your form and suggestions to improve upon what you already have. The class membership is a truly open class schedule. We won’t limit you to 2 or 3 group classes in an all or nothing day or time slot. You have the freedom to come to any or all of the offered classes in the schedule. If you are a first timer or a long time veteran we can accommodate all. Everything we do is quality based so have no fears about starting back up or returning to the gym. We always start at foundation levels in safe ranges of movement with appropriate load levels in every exercise. Form is the most important step to longevity of health and movement. Quality over quantity until you can handle both! We all started here, so will you. Our personal training program design is unparalleled in the industry and we have always prided ourselves in this realm. All of the trainers in every class, personal or coaching position have a ,BS, CSCS, TUB (time under the bar) Cert or is Body Tribe certified. We have years, weeks, days and hours of training and coaching experience. NCHW is a hub for growth and independence as is Body Tribe. We practice tirelessly in our profession to be the best in the strength and conditioning community.
