Hi everyone! I seem to have some new followers this week so here’s a little bit about me:
⭐️ I’m a and have had my own business now with online and in person training and nutrition coaching for 11 years
⭐️ I love to run on my free time and I’m training for my third marathon
⭐️ My favorite movie is Home Alone which I feel like everyone knows that at this point, lol
⭐️ I love nutrition and learning more about how to properly fuel and feed muscles to watch those babies grow. I do not believe in crash or fad diets. Gimmie all the fruit and chocolate, but balance it please with greens and protein
⭐️ I loooove to travel and am hoping to see Iceland next year
⭐️ I also co-run a jewelry shop .co - go follow us!
⭐️ I love Christmas and run an IG with my cousin/little sister

Happy Wednesday! Hope you are all feeding those muscles and squatting hard! 🍑

Here’s a killer leg workout you can do along with me today:
Warm up/mobility always then
Back squat 3 sets of 5 at max weight (last set is your max, the first two maybe 90% 🙃)
Bulgarian split squat - 3 sets of 10 per side, get that knee to the floor and work on quad flexibility
Step ups - 4 sets of 10 per leg
Walking lunges - HEAVY - 4 sets of 10 per leg
Glute thrusts - 5 sets of 15 with heavy barbell
Single leg dead lift - 3 sets of 10 per side

Byeeeeeee ✌🏼

This week has been crazy busy, apparently I am now waking up at 3am for a fourth day during Princess Half weekend (lol uhhhh 🧘‍♀️)? I am coping with the fact that I have to run a total of 17 miles this weekend after today’s leg day let’s say a little prayer pleaseeee.

The real reason I took this pic is because my Burn class designed this shirt with all kinds of glute/butt puns and it makes me laugh every time I wear it. “Grab your cans!”

Not only is it Princess Week but it was also Princess registration week for

I signed up for all 3 races and it will be my 26th half marathon! Since RunDisney announced races are back I have never been more excited to get back to my running routine and will also be running my 3rd marathon in Jan for the Goofy Challenge. I’m not going to lie, while signing up for Princess I felt a bit conflicted with everything going on. It made me sad, frustrated and worried because I really want my whole family to be there! I miss making these memories when my kids are babies. 💗💗💗

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Just your friendly reminder that pet of your fitness success always comes from rest!

We often think of working out as a stress release, but it does put stress on the body. By resting properly and taking about 2 rest days per week, eating appropriately, and recovery practices we can help our bodies reach full potential with lifting and running.

* make sure to eat a good recovery meal of 5-10g of fat, 25 grams of protein and roughly 25-30g of carbs post workout. Now of course that can be different for a lot of people, but giving your body fuel post workout will help prevent energy burnout and injury.

* sleep! You need to be getting 7-9 hours a night.

* hydration and replacing electrolytes.
