I’ve spent my entire life serving the first responder community — and today, I’m proud to bring that mission to a whole new level.
As a 4th-generation firefighter and former Captain, I’ve lived this life firsthand. I spent over a decade opening multiple first responder mental-health and wellness programs across the country, helped launch the Share the Load initiative, and hosted Fire Engineering’s “Firefighter Wellness Radio” for three years. Through that work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of firefighters, medics, police officers, dispatchers, and corrections officers who have struggled with mental health and behavioral challenges.
And now… I’ve built something for all of us.
Today, I’m excited to announce the official launch of https://RESPONDin.org — a comprehensive, purpose-built social platform created exclusively for the first responder community. It's new and and ready to use. More features, additions and fixes daily. Want a feature you can submit a ticket. This is our platform and it should work for all of us to make us better, safer and smarter as well as have a little fun. All profiles have privacy settings and platofrm will continuously monitor new members.

I’ve been quietly working on this platform for a long time, and over the past week we’ve already started welcoming new members from across the country. The mission is simple: give first responders a real digital home built by someone who has lived the job, understands the job, and has spent a lifetime supporting those who serve.
If you’re Fire, EMS, Police, Dispatch, Corrections, or Emergency Management, this platform was built for you. The more who join, the more powerful the network becomes.
