Huge thanks to everyone who showed up in the rain and ran, donated, volunteered, and supported at the Sactown Run 2026! Thank you for going the distance for kids at families at UC Davis Children’s Hospital.

Born just weeks early, Harper’s life took a sudden turn when she went into heart failure days after birth. Diagnosed with a complex heart defect, truncus arteriosus, she needed lifesaving surgery immediately.
Thanks to the expert care at UC Davis Children’s Hospital and support from , Harper received the critical treatment she needed to survive—and thrive. 💛
Today, Harper is a happy, spunky, and full of energy and her family is forever grateful for the care that saved her life. Your support helps make stories like hers possible.

Thanks to the generosity of eight La Superior Grocery Store locations across the Greater Sacramento area and their incredible customers, over $10,000 was raised to support patients and families at UC Davis Children’s Hospital. 💛

We’re so grateful for this community coming together to support local kids and the life-saving care they need. Thank you, La Superior, for helping make a meaningful difference for children and families in our region! ✨
